How to use a Fire Starter and BioBrick couldn’t be easier: simply open the Fire Starter packet, nestle it directly beneath your wood—whether you’re building a campfire or stoking a hearth—then ignite one corner with a lighter and watch the flames catch. Our BioBricks work equally well indoors or out; just stack or arrange the number of bricks you need exactly like firewood, light them with your Fire Starter or a match, and they’ll burn cleanly and reliably.

In terms of burn times, you can expect roughly 30 minutes out of each Fire Starter (🔥) and about 45 minutesfrom each BioBrick (🧱). Actual lifetime will vary depending on wind, ambient temperature, and the arrangement of surrounding fuel.

For a perfect campfire, lay 2–3 BioBricks on the ground, center a Fire Starter underneath, and optionally surround with conventional logs—then light and enjoy. In a fireplace, arrange your BioBricks inside, place the Fire Starter beneath the wood pile, and ignite; the bricks will sustain a steady flame alongside any traditional firewood.
